We have not written a JBLOG for some time now due to our hectic schedules, it is even hard for us to find time to practice.
But of course we always do, in fact we have been working on new music and plan on recording soon again with our buddy Daniel Balistocky of Revolution 9 studios. We are planning a show very soon as well, and there is even talk of a JGAL residency in the near future. Johnny Got A Lighter aka "JGAL" is also in the midst of planning THE JGAL TOUR, which will be officially announced at the end of June.
Past Shows:
JGAL just played a show at a place called "The Terrace" located in Pasadena, CA. This was a show we booked through the homeboy, Frankie. He has connected us with LA Artwalk, as well as some other really kick ass shows. This was brand new Monthly Art & Music Mixer / Dancing Celebration featuring music and art by a bunch of different peeps that INCLUDING Frankie's! I had a chance to look at his work and it was really amazing, actually there was a lot of totally awesome art work there. Check out some links below.

The night was awesome filled with new faces for JGAL to play to! We had a great response and passed out a shitload of our awesome re-vamped JGAL stickers, make sure to get some next time you see us!

Meet Our Fans
Yet another edition of meet our fans, I will take some time just to explain what this is if you haven't heard already. JGAL wouldnt be the awesome band we are today without its supporters. So of course we have to take time to thank everyone who help make it happen! From the people that are behind the scenes to the fans that roll up to every show, we appreciate everyone and cannot WAIT to talk about all of you! Yup, THAT much enthusiasm! So without further adue...
Danny Alba
Danny Alba was our first merch guy, as well as our first roadie! Danny has been a friend of the band for some time and is always down to help with whatever he can. If you ever met Danny you would see that he is a pretty shy dude that kept to himself, (unless you get enough alcohol in him) but was always there on the sidelines for the music video, shows, you name it here was there helping with anything.
He represents JGAL proudly wearing his JGAL shirt often,and slapping up stickers all over da place! We are sad to say that Danny has moved to Wisconsin to further his career as a tattoo artist! We already miss him BUT I am certain he will still be reppin JGAL over there AND sending us Cheese! Yahh! On the real though.. Danny, thank you for all of your hard work as a friend and fan.

JGAL Out on the Town
Wouldn't you know it that not only do we harass people online on a daily basis, but we actually go out on to the streets and talk up the name JGAL around the water cooler aye. Hey have you heard of this Funke??? Well this night we went out to an event hosted at The Dragon Fly "Rebel Bingo" in Hollywood in which we got a bunch of people to rep JGAL! Check it out below!
