Hello J-BLOG readers! Glad to see that you have joined us in another edition of JGAL LIFE.  As always we have much to talk about, there are always lots of things happening in our world as we continue to follow our dreams.  All four members of JGAL work a full time job, yup 40 plus hours a week of course, and although maybe the jobs arent the worst..playing music whilst traveling is something that we all dream of on a daily basis. My point being it isn't always the easiest to find time for J-BLOGGIN, but we make it happen! Did you know that JGAL does all our own booking, promoting, marketing, merchandising... you name it we do it..! We are fighting diligently on a daily basis to it happen for us,  so believe me when I say that we are thankful for the support that you all give us. You are helping us kick ass in the music world, and for that we are very appreciative!

Soon enough we will be announcing the JGAL TOUR  in all its glory and we cannot be more excited to share it with you! But until then check out the upcoming shows that we have, a few features about JGAL, and of course some dope ass photos from INSTAGRAM or what we like to call

JGAL has been friends with the members of Don Gato for some time and haven't played a show with Don Gato for at least 20 Mississippi's! So it brings us get pleasure to be sharing the stage with these dudes again. They are an excellent band with a unique sound that will draw you in for sure and will be playing directly after JGAL. Make sure you stick around for them and the party that I am sure will ensue!

What upppp  homie g's? Happy to be saying hello again to all of you readers, we are very happy to have almost reached our 2000th read on JGAL LIFE blog aka JBLOG! We have many many things to tell you all the time, and are happy that you want to hear them!  You guys are helping to keep us motivated, and trust me people it is hard to be following our dreams as well as holding down full time jobs! ahhhhhhh

But hey the bigger the struggle the better the pay off is going to be, and we know that JGAL is right about to start being a household name! uhhh huhhh thats right!  So lets get right into the JBLOG people, this is how we been hustling!



UPCOMING MUSIC 

Well JGAL just spent one night at Revolution 9 studios with out dear friend Daniel Balistocky whom we work ever so well with. In just one night we finished the song " REST MY BODY", we cannot wait to release this song. We are certain that this is going to be a song that gets a lot of people moving, keep on the look out for it as well as the video that will be coming along with it!!

Of course we must do a shout out for our boi Danni B , he is a fantastic producer who has worked with some really awesome people bands from peeps like Unwritten Law to 3 Doors down. We very much enjoy working with him on a personal and professional level, we super encourage you to check out his work!  Here is a video of us messing around at Rev 9 Studios last week as Danni B's intern "ZAZU" challenges Tib to eat 10 "stax".

These shows will be taking place at LA County Parks and Recreation facilities to promote water safety as well as activites. Did I mention 3/4 JGAL members are lifeguards?? Yup life savers by day...musicians by night.....now we get to combine the two!

So as we said at the top of the blog JGAL has been doing many things to get notice, and our instagram page has been gaining popularity on the daily! The reason? We have started something that we are calling getting"JGALed" ...its a pretty simple concept. Put a JGAL sticker somewhere...or have someone hold it up, write it in ketchup on a plate,stick it on a pedestrians ass,  whatever you want...then post it to our instagram page--johnny got s lighter-....! In the words of Cudi its as Simple as That. Check out the fun we been having below!
